We look for Technical Support Specialist who can be part of a strong development team. (Shift based job)


Main Responsibilities:

  • Resolving requests received from clients;
  • Identifying and escalating priority issues;
  • Monitoring live chat and incoming email correspondence;
  • Performing technical investigations (log analysis) for customer and end-user submitted tickets;
  • Coordinating case resolution between internal team. 

Qualifications & Skills:   

  • Higher education, preferably in technical field;
  • Experience working with CRM systems is desirable;
  • Excellent customer service orientation;
  • Experience in providing customer support service;
  • Excellent English skills both spoken and written;
  • High level of self-confidence and ability to make decision independently;  
  • Stress tolerance and attention to detail;
  • Good time management skills;

  • Interview.
